How do I register for a closed class?
At his or her discretion, the class instructor may authorize an individual student to enroll a closed class.
To add a "closed" class to his/her schedule, the student must bring a completed Registration Change (Add/Drop) Form (or a Registration Form if the student is not already registered for at least one class) to the One Stop Student Services Center, or to a branch college's registration office. The form must be signed by the class instructor.

I was charged for health insurance. How do I waive this fee?
Students with qualifying healhcare plans can waive the Student Health Insurance fee online. For additional information and waiver deadlines, please visit here.

How can I give my parents access to my bill?
Parents and other third parties can gain access to your bill via the Parent Portal. Click here for instructions on setting up access.
How do I change my registration (add or drop classes)?
Alterations to the student's schedule involving the addition of one or more classes, changes in class sections, or changes in credit status, may be submitted by logging in to the web registration system or by submitting a Registration Change (Add/Drop) Form to the One Stop Student Services Center, or to a branch college's registration office.

How do I obtain an official copy of my grades?
You can print an official copy of your grade report by signing in to view your online grade report.
You can also order an official copy of your transcript for a copy of your entire academic record at UC. To do this, click the "Request My Transcript" link under the "Grades and Transcripts" on the left.
- On the left under Grades & Transcripts, select "check my grades"
- Select the desired term
- Under the printer icon, select "Print Official Semester" (or, "Print Official Quarter if the class was taken under the quarter system)

When will I be able to view my grades?
Final grades are due to be submitted by instructors by the Wednesday following the last day of the semester. Your grade report will be available online once at least your first grade for the term is recorded.
When is the last day I can pay my bill and avoid being charged a late fee?
Bill payments are due approximately 5 days prior to the start of a term. To avoid late payment fees, it is recommended that your bill is paid by the published due date. Late payment fees are assessed on the last day of every month starting the month in which the term begins.
I am unable to pay my bill in full by the due date? What are my payment options?
UC offers payment plan options through Educational Computer Services, Inc (ECSI) for parties wishing to pay their semester bill in installments. For additional information and instructions, click here.
